Rule 33% – Profit Management and Account Reset Policy

(This rule has been updated independently without incorporating other rules.)

Overview:
To ensure consistent and controlled growth in trading accounts, we have implemented the “33% Rule.” This rule establishes a maximum allowable daily profit limit based on 33% of the net profit earned. The rule applies to all accounts and is calculated using the following criteria:

Calculation:

Net Profit = Current Balance − Initial Balance
33% Rule Limit = Net Profit × 33%

Each day’s profit should not exceed the 33% Rule Limit.

Consequences:

If the accumulated profit over any trading day exceeds the 33% Rule Limit, the entire profit for that day will be removed.

If, after removing the excess profit, the account shows no remaining profit, the account will be reset to its initial state.

Examples (10 Trading Days):

Initial Balance: $100,000

Example 1 – Profits within the 33% Rule:

  • Day 1 Profit: $500

  • Day 2 Profit: $700

  • Day 3 Profit: $600

  • Day 4 Profit: $800

  • Day 5 Profit: $900

  • Day 6 Profit: $1,000

  • Day 7 Profit: $1,200

  • Day 8 Profit: $1,400

  • Day 9 Profit: $1,500

  • Day 10 Profit: $1,600

Total Profit: $10,200
33% Rule Limit: $10,200 × 33% = $3,366
Since no daily profit exceeds $3,366, all profits are valid.

Example 2 – Profits exceeding the 33% Rule:

  • Day 1 Profit: $500

  • Day 2 Profit: $700

  • Day 3 Profit: $600

  • Day 4 Profit: $800

  • Day 5 Profit: $1,000

  • Day 6 Profit: $1,200

  • Day 7 Profit: $6,000 (Exceeds the limit)

  • Day 8 Profit: $1,400

  • Day 9 Profit: $1,500

  • Day 10 Profit: $1,600

Total Profit Before Adjustment: $15,300
33% Rule Limit: $15,300 × 33% = $5,049
Since Day 7’s profit exceeds the limit, the entire $6,000 is removed.

Final Profit After Adjustment: $15,300 − $6,000 = $9,300

If this remaining profit is zero or negative, the account will be reset to the initial balance.

Important Notes:
The rule applies to at least 10 trading days to ensure proper evaluation.

Traders must adhere to this rule to maintain eligibility for payouts and account continuity.
